Welcome to Pacelli's Bakery
Hi, I am Gabby! I love to make breads and sweets, and did not have enough mouths to feed between me and my husband, so why not start a bakery! I make sure everything I bake for people is something I am proud to serve. Why would I make someone pay for something that doesn't even taste good?
But anyways, I am not your ~typical~ baker. I actually am an engineer...I have a Master of Engineering. Maybe that led to my knack for chemistry that catalyzed by affliction for preparing recipes. Sourdough is a living thing, and cake batter is just a formula at the end of the day...but made with love!
I started my business in 2025 and am looking forward to see how it grows. I am working with local markets and vendors to set up pop-up shops, so make sure to be checking my social media! My delicious sourdough bagels are available at Larema Coffee House here in Rocky Mount.
